Kalvenda: Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Kalvenda maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against the sharing, promotion, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the exploitation of minors. The safety of minors is our highest priority.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from using the Kalvenda app, including its groups, events, alerts, and any text inputs, to:
- Post, share, or request any imagery, videos, or descriptions depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Groom, solicit, or attempt to engage in inappropriate contact with minors.
- Promote or distribute any content that sexualizes children.
3. Reporting and Enforcement
- User Reporting: Users must report any suspected CSAM or child exploitation immediately using the in-app “Report Content” or “Block User” features.
- Account Termination: Any account found to be engaging in or facilitating CSAE will be permanently suspended and banned without notice.
- Law Enforcement: We will report any confirmed instances of CSAM or child exploitation to the relevant authorities (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children - NCMEC, and local law enforcement) and provide them with all necessary data to assist in investigations.
