Data Deletion Request

At Kalvenda, we take your privacy seriously. In accordance with Google Play’s Data Safety policies and GDPR regulations, we provide the following methods to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.

Method 1: In-App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the Kalvenda app:

Open Kalvenda on your device.
Navigate to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion.

This will immediately and permanently wipe your profile, group memberships, owned groups, and all associated content from our servers.

Method 2: Manual Request

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request data deletion by contacting us via email:

Please include the email address associated with your Kalvenda account. We will process your request and verify the deletion within 48 hours.

What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, Kalvenda permanently removes:

Your personal profile and account credentials.
All groups where you are the sole owner.
Your membership and roles in all other groups.
All events, alerts, and reactions created by you.
Your uploaded avatar and preferences.

Note: Data retention may apply only where required by law or for legitimate security/fraud prevention purposes.
