By downloading or using the Kalvenda app (“the App”), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App. For details on how we collect and process your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Kalvenda allows you to create groups, events, alerts, and other social interactions. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.
Some features of the App may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments are processed securely via Apple or Google. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your device’s App Store or Play Store settings.
For EU Users – Right of Withdrawal: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital subscriptions from the date of purchase, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU and § 356(5) BGB. Before completing a digital subscription purchase, you will be asked to expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you thereby waive this 14-day right of withdrawal. This waiver only takes effect upon your express acknowledgment at the time of purchase.
As of June 19, 2026, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673, an in-app withdrawal function will be provided for applicable subscription contracts, allowing you to exercise your withdrawal right directly within the App where technically applicable. Cancellation and withdrawal for App Store and Play Store subscriptions may continue to be handled through your respective store settings.
You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), our liability for slight negligence is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Any further liability for slight negligence is excluded.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms, including but not limited to: posting prohibited content as defined in Section 2, engaging in unlawful conduct, or fraudulent use of the service. Where feasible, we will notify you of the reasons for termination.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Kalvenda, or have the explicit consent of a parent or guardian.
