CSAE Standards for Flatnest

Zero tolerance
Flatnest prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, and any content or conduct that endangers children.
Prohibited conduct
- Uploading, sharing, requesting, linking to, or describing CSAM.
- Sexually contacting, grooming, sextorting, trafficking, or exploiting minors.
- Using groups, chats, events, profiles, invitations, or attachments to endanger children.
- Abusing reporting systems or interfering with investigations.
Reporting
Report suspected CSAE immediately through the in-app reporting tools where available and by emailing dev@timonply.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence where legally appropriate, and report confirmed CSAM or imminent child-safety threats to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority and law enforcement.
