Deletion and Data Controls for NeonRoutine

Primary method
NeonRoutine currently does not provide an app account or cloud sync. There is no remote account to delete; use the in-app deletion/reset controls, operating-system storage controls, or uninstall the app to remove local data from the device.
In-app controls
Use export, import, reset, or deletion features in app settings where available. Export files may contain sensitive data and should be stored securely.
Manual request
If you cannot use the in-app controls, contact dev@timonply.com from the email address connected to the account where applicable. We may need reasonable verification before acting on a request.
Retention exceptions
Some data may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal obligations, evidence, dispute resolution, abuse reports, or other users rights. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.
