Website hosting and access data
This static website is hosted with GitHub Pages. GitHub’s Pages documentation states that a visitor’s IP address is logged and stored for security purposes whether or not the visitor is signed in. Technical request data such as the requested path, time, browser, device, and network information may also be processed when the site is delivered.
The purposes are secure and reliable website delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse. The legal basis relied on by the site operator is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interests in operating a secure, available legal-document and support site.
GitHub, Inc. is the hosting provider and a recipient of data needed to deliver the site. Processing may take place in the United States and other countries. GitHub describes its international-transfer safeguards and its own retention practices in the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
The site operator does not add a separate server log or use GitHub’s raw access logs through this site’s code.
No analytics, advertising, or optional cookies
The website’s own source code does not include analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, optional cookies, local storage, or third-party web fonts. Styles, scripts, and app icons are loaded from the same site. No consent banner is used for features in the site’s own code because those features do not store information on or read information from a visitor’s device beyond what is necessary to deliver the requested page.
This statement must be reviewed before analytics, embedded media, external fonts, advertising, personalization, or other third-party features are added.
Email contact
If you send an email, the sender address, message, attachments, and technical email metadata are processed to answer the request, investigate an issue, handle a safety report, or exercise a data right.
Depending on the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps related to an app or service contract, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for legal obligations, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the legitimate interest in answering other support, accessibility, document, and safety enquiries.
Messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and any applicable documentation or statutory retention duty. Email delivery providers may process the message as part of transmission and mailbox hosting.
Start with the app name and request type. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, full government IDs, health records, or unrelated sensitive data by email. Proportionate verification may be requested when needed to protect an account or another person’s data.
Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise a right, contact dev@timonply.com and identify the relevant app or website request. No solely automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects is used for website visits or support email.
Changes
This notice will be updated when hosting, contact handling, or site technology changes. The current revision date appears at the top of the page.
